I need some help from my readers!!!

In a few weeks, I will be celebrating one year clean from cutting. I want to do something meaningful and symbolic with my therapist to help me say goodbye to self-injury. If you’re just reading my blog for the first time, I have spent the last 14 or so years cutting. Going a year without it was a HUGE step and, now that I have yoga, I don’t really need it anymore. 

Originally I wanted to release butterflies, but it isn’t warm enough for that in December. I don’t really want to release balloons because I feel like that’s so overdone. We’re also trying to avoid using fire for various reasons. So…what would you do? Or what have you done? 

I’m open to any and all suggestions!
