But then I overslept…by 2 hours. Not only did I not go running at 5:15am, I was an hour late for work 😳

Exercise isn’t really my thing…starvation is. However, I’m currently reading Bhagavad Gita. It talks about treating your body with kindness, and being immersed in yoga looks like taking care of your body by not eating too much or too little. So, in an attempt to look healthier and be more physically fit, I am trying to make time for some cardio. Today it was clearly not meant to be. We’ll try again tomorrow. 

In my defense, my dreams were filled with scary things and so I probably needed the extra rest. I’m working on just meeting myself where I am in the moment. It seems to be helping today.
