Tonight I am sleeping in a hotel room by myself for the first time ever. I’m not going to lie: I’m anxious as fuck.

The things I’m currently anxious about:

  • What if the hotel catches fire… I’m on the second floor… what if I can’t get out?!?!
  • What if someone tries to get into my room?
  • What if someone does get into my room?!
  • What if someone gets into my room and rapes me in the middle of the night?!?!?!
  • What if there are bed bugs?!

Yep…. thanks anxiety. 

I’m traveling for work and I have a very busy, important day tomorrow. I’m hoping I can get some rest. Yoga nidra and bed.
