I am struggling with relationships this week. 

Not all relationships, just one in particular. 

I feel completely alone in coping with all that has gone on this past week:

  • Trauma work
  • A horrible interview for a job that I really wanted
  • Opening up about my abuse to people in yoga teacher training
  • Anxiety

I understand boundaries and why they are important, but that doesn’t make me feel any less hurt by them. I feel completely disconnected from the one person who is supposed to help me.
