Courageous Yoga Chick is a blog designed to provide hope for anyone struggling with anxiety, depression, self-injury, and/or PTSD. It showcases my experiences as a childhood sexual abuse survivor and how I have learned to live with Complex PTSD through incorporating yoga into my life. I also write about other coping strategies that I have found to be effective. While PTSD is not comical, at times this blog probably will be. I believe in using humor to lighten the mood when life becomes too difficult to face.
